“I use to spend hours a week mostly on cardio classes.  I was still putting weight on and unhappy with my shape.  Jim devised a gym programme tailored to suit my needs which consisted initially of weights, interval training and sprint training and diet assessment.  To my surprise the programme changed every two to three weeks which kept it challenging and interesting.  Only a few weeks into the programme I could see a change in my shape.  I exceeded my goals in a relatively short time.  I love the definition I have in my overall body shape.  After three years I can honestly say I am as motivated now as I was at the beginning.  Thanks to Jim continuing to keep it fresh and varied.”
